Because the Community Clothes Closet is an all volunteer group that provides families with clothing at no cost to them, cash donations are needed to continue this important community outreach.
We are looking for businesses, churches, service organizations and individuals that will pledge donations or that would like to help us raise funds.
Since June of 2012, we have distributed a total of 820,437* pieces of clothing, shoes and coats. And, we are currently serving an average of 149 families monthly with appointments 4 times a month. 4204 unique families have visited CCC since 2012.
If each article of clothing was purchased at the thrift store average of $3.00 each, we have saved our families $2,461,311. This savings helps put more money in the pockets of our families for rent, food and other everyday necessities,

Our Mission
Community Clothes Closet is a non-profit charitable organization established as a Christian outreach to provide assistance to families with free clothing in Denton and surrounding counties. Our goal is to provide clothing for everyday life, to wear to school and even a job interview all at no-cost.
